Notice on the top of this screen there is a little thing text box and other random stuff on it? To the left there is a text box along with 3 other buttons. 'Search Blog', 'Flag Blog' and 'Follow Blog'. All you need to do is click the "Follow Blog" and sign-up with a google account if you don't already have one and voila, You are now a follower.
